Refund Policy

We will accept loose sapphires for refund or exchange (excluding shipping and taxes) only from the purchaser listed on the invoice, and only if they are returned in original condition, with supporting documents (i.e. gem identification report), within 14 days of delivery, and accompanied by the original invoice. Prior to returning, you must contact us.

Please contact us for return instructions prior to returning your item. Items must be shipped back via an express, insured method such as UPS, DHL, or Fedex.

Import taxes imposed by your home country (if applicable) as well as return postal expenses are non-refundable and must be met by the buyer.

Shipping Policy

We’ll take care of the shipping on all orders, we offer free secure, insured, and quick shipping worldwide. Until delivery, all shipments are insured up to the billed value and will arrive safely.


Please be aware that, with the exception of Singapore and Hong Kong, there are rigorous customs import limitations into Asia. Expect some delays. This can add a significant amount of time, especially if customs decides to investigate the contents.

Import Taxes and Duties

For high-value gemstones and jewellery, you may be required to sign an import declaration. Because laws are continuously changing, please check with your local customs office for the most up-to-date information.

Most nations, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Canada, Hong Kong, New Zealand, and the majority of EU countries, have simple customs procedures that will not cause delays in your shipment.

Customs is something over which we have no control. All applicable customs fees, tariffs, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with local customs office to see if there are any import restrictions. To arrange payments, the shipping carrier will contact you by phone or email.
